Delivery Times

Candles of Provence creates handmade and personalized products. Each candle, pouch, and gift is crafted to order.
Delivery times therefore include two stages: the artisanal production time and the shipping time.

⏳ Production Time

The delivery time does not include the time required to make your candles. Since each product is handcrafted and personalized, production time may vary depending on the number of current orders and the period of the year.

Orders are processed in order of event date (e.g. wedding, christening, birthday).
For express or urgent orders, please contact us in advance to confirm feasibility.
A rush fee may apply depending on the request.

✈️ Shipping

All parcels are shipped from France using Colissimo (La Poste).
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

• Secure packaging to prevent breakage
• Tracked shipment with proof of dispatch
• Average postal delivery within 2–5 working days in mainland France

📦 Estimated Delivery Times

The times below are indicative and may vary depending on the season, workload, or postal delays.

*Delivery may be extended in case of customs inspection or peak season delays.

🚚 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Colissimo tracked service. A tracking email is automatically sent when your parcel is dispatched.

• France: Delivery within 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Europe: Delivery within 3–5 working days on average
• Rest of the world: Delivery within 4–8 working days

Items marked “made to order” may require a total processing time of 9–21 days before dispatch, depending on the workload.

Parcels are handled by La Poste or an equivalent carrier. Candles of Provence cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, customs, or other events beyond our control.

🔍 Order Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email once your order has been shipped. You can check the status of your parcel anytime on the La Poste website.

Important: Please remember to add the production time to the shipping time. Each candle is unique and handmade, which may slightly extend the total delivery time.
