Delivery times vary depending on the period.
We process orders based on event dates. The timeframe may be longer or shorter depending on the number of ongoing orders. Our schedule being often full, please order well in advance whenever possible. For orders to be processed “express”, please contact us by phone to check if it is feasible; an extra fee will apply.
Once the personalization has been validated with you, the order will be processed as quickly and carefully as possible. When it is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Thank you for your patience: artisanal production requires longer delivery times. Why? First, the candles are made to order. Second, custom personalization requires creation time, and I cannot process all orders simultaneously. It is therefore important to consider these factors when placing your order.
Unfortunately, no. We have had too many issues in the past.
The content and personalization of a validated order cannot be modified by you. To change it, you must contact us quickly through the contact form so we can cancel your order. You may then place a new one matching your expectations.
After your purchase, you will receive an email containing your parcel’s tracking number. Keep this email carefully, as it will allow you to check the status of your delivery.
